For the returns of new and unused e-bikes within 10 days of receipt. Please note we'll charge a $200 restocking fee. For the return of used e-bikes within 10 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total order value. Deliveries that are refused will be charged a $200 flat fee to partially cover our handling costs. Approved returns of defective items within 10 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this. Our return policy is valid 10 days from the date of delivery. The bike must be in brand-new condition for the return authorization to be approved. Please keep your original bike box and all packing materials since they will be required for a return. For bicycles and accessories purchased at a Wing dealer (not at wingbikes.com), or any third party, our return policy is not available and returns are subject to the discretion of the dealer. Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. We ship orders as soon as possible after receipt, so it may not be possible to cancel some orders before they ship. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any order cancellation. Once an order is shipped, it will fall under the return policy.
Address change requests are subject to a fee. Purchases from outside the 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska, International), cannot be returned and the customer is always responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that are due within their own country. Wing is not responsible for any import costs associated with customs, duties and taxes from outside the USA. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the costs associated with importing a product into the country it is shipping to.
Accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customers are responsible for return shipping of the product in new condition.

Limited Warranty Terms
Wing Bikes Inc.
All Wing Bikes (“WB”) ebikes (the “ebike”), and their individual Covered Components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year after receipt of the ebike by the customer (the “Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States ebike purchases (purchases in Canada and the European Union shall be subject to their respective warranty terms) and in accordance with the following terms: Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from WB’s online or physical storefront is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ebike. The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium ion battery (the “Battery”), frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware (each a “Covered Component”). The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component. Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes). Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding (speed in excess of 20MPH), stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. For the avoidance of doubt, WB will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage. Any products sold by WB that is not an ebike. DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN EBIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF WB. Shipping Damage Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but WB will replace such damaged Covered Components if you: Notify WB of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ebike; Provide WB with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component; Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the ebike; and Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment. Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike for damage upon receipt. If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, WB will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method. Credit Card Chargebacks If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved. Claims Process WB WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT. In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must: Contact the WB Technical Support team through our Help Center. The Technical Support team will initially work with you on the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes. If the Technical Support team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement. After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Technical Support team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your ebike. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component, unless WB agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND WB’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. WB’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBIKE, NOR SHALL WB UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WB DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The owner will be responsible for labor. Warranty parts will be shipped in the U.S. only at our cost. It will be necessary to send an email with a photo and or video as appropriate to our Support Team, so we can diagnose any issue.
This warranty shall be effective only if all the following conditions are met:
If the bike was purchased directly from wingbikes.com or one of our authorized retailers.
If you are the original and first owner of the bike (warranty is not transferable)
If the bike has followed all intended use purposes
If the electronics have not been repaired or modified.
The bike has been assembled by a bike mechanic or at a bike store with written documentation
If any components are damaged as result of the customer incorrectly installing a component, the customer will be responsible for replacement and shipping costs. (eg: Crank arm damage, stripped bolts, damaged headset from improper assembly, etc)
Rider and purchaser is 18 years of age or over and possesses the legal capacity and authority to purchase and ride an eBike.
The bike is ridden only on paved roads and trails and never exceeding 20MPH. Using the bike for any other purpose may result in serious injury.
Maximum total weight of rider including any cargo is at all times below 275lbs.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty applies only to customers purchasing in the contiguous United States. No other party other than WB may change the terms. This WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
Normal wear and tear from use or exposure to the elements.
Damage or failure from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident.
Damage or failure from modification of any of the bikes systems.
Damage or failure of any part of the electrical system resulting from improper storage or charging of the battery. Improper charging of the battery could cause serious external damage to persons or property.
Installation of any 3rd party parts, accessories, or electrical components.
Lost or damaged keys to the bike are not covered by warranty.
If customer does not provide sufficient video or photographic evidence of the warranty claim.
All warranties are void if used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use.
